Seems to be a lot of us have cats. Wonder if we did a survey, cyclists prefer cats for some reason. Lol.

As usual, mine got me up at the crack of dawn, ate of a few mouthfuls of her breakfast and will shortly retire back to bed leaving me sitting here looking out at a dark, wet morning wondering what to do with myself.

I couldn't face it last night so the last ones will be taken down this morning. I do like all those Christmas lights.
I've still got the string to take down after Mr K has moved the tree. It takes longer to pack everything away carefully than it does to put it all up.

Cats are just so much easier to care for when you've been out on the bike most of the day.

Todays cute cat story

If I had a cat, I'd clear up after it like I did when I had a dog. I don't have one but still have to clear up after them in my garden as every neighbour has at least one cat. My garden is apparently a litter tray, especially the raised beds, and an exciting hunting ground suitable for leaving the bodies in as well.
Cute indoors, bird and small mammal hunting shoot-leavers when out of sight outdoors. I'm afraid they'd be first in my Room 101 (the TV programme version).
So no, not this cyclist anyway...

We've got 2 of these, 1 on the landing (next to the bathroom door) and 1 in the conservatory and it is quite normal for the cats to come in and use the litter tray before going back outside (in summer even)

I removed the lights and remaining baubles whilst my porridge was cooking .... Now I need to actually ram everything into the box and take the tree out. Except the baubles off the outside tree always take a long time to dry so they can't be packed away for a while yet.
