After some very strange light rain the barometer is rising. If it stays fine for tomorrow then there may be a ride in the offing.

Pork shoulder pie filling in the slow cooker for tomorrow+ lunch. Funny how what looked so much when it was being cut up shrinks rapidly. I wonder how many pies I'll fill.

The pastry was a total disaster but it tasted OK.

I was talking to someone today.... They told me that they weren't very good at knowing which was left and right..... Well they knew which one was the left hand but not the right lets just say I agree with part of that sentence as I watched them cycle off up the road
