I had fish and chips at lunch,after taking the lovely and and talented Mrs. GA out to shop for thread and fabric. Good, hard-fried cod, although it looked like I got the bottom of the basket on the pomme frites.

The Battle of the sockses continues! Just when I thought I had a matching pair I discovered that one was plain and the other was ribbed!

I had to get my own coffee which I've just finished but I don't mind getting up as my stiff achey joints always feel better for a stretch. I quite like walking around the house, opening curtains and saying hello to the day. The cup of tea that I brought up for Mr K is still there untouched.
I'm enjoying a lazy weekend, no ride, while I recover from a sore throat and cold.

I had to get my own cup of coffee, but I've built up plenty of credit with Mr Summerdays so I'm expecting to get some brought to me next week!

It was wet yesterday, one weather station suggests 38mm, I didn't step outside the door at all.... Apart from to wave my parents goodbye when they left.
