Still no cycling for the foreseeable future. Today's X-ray showed my vertebrae was healing, but need CT Scan to confirm if fused - another 6 week wait.

Lost 50% of the height to the front of the vertebrae and the cartilage is permanently damaged. Specialist hopeful it will heal without pain. The vertebrae is now wedge shaped rather than a square.

Main thing is I'm still not allowed to do any exercise. :blink:

Oh dear, I hope it stabalises soon and you can get back to it again.

My spine looked straight, but there was a big gap between the two vertebrae each side where the wedge shape is. The only thing I am aloud to do is lie on my tummy and lift my legs and hold them there.

Thats a shame, hopefully when it heals it heals without leaving you with to many long term problems.
