I've been out cutting the grass and it's quite nice actually! (If you have a down jacket and bobble hat on)!
For them the Northern Lights are the orange glow in the sky of stolen Corsas being burnt out.Don't forget it's on the Arctic Circle.

I might have bought an M&S pork pie. I don't care what anyone else thinks, I'm going to eat it.
I didn't have you down for that kind of thing. Fair enough though.I always cut down the stems of pampas grass on the first weekend in March and remove any brown leaves etc. Well, I started.
Ha! It was there when we moved in thirty years ago!I didn't have you down for that kind of thing. Fair enough though.

Morning all! My cold has now gone into the hollow bits in my head, namely my brain and is now pressing down on my teeth.
@PeteXXX - OT from cake, but how often do you do the Thetford Forest Trail? Mr Hop used to go down there and to Brandon with a couple of friends, but one died and the other started working abroad. He's not taken the MTB out in far too long.I'm baking a fruit cake to take on a trip to Thetford Forest MTB trail next Tuesday.
While the oven is on, I'm also making a bread & butter pudding for dessert this evening.
