I'm not sure, Heston Bumitall was flogging his bacon and egg ice cream at £50 a scoop, and bacon jam is just a good idea, adding flavour to many dishes. Baconnaise is just adding American fatty bacon to oil and egg yolks. Tasty no doubt, but even Potsy would think twice.

Not quite. I am going to laminate them to form bosses for the fuselage formers that I've already cut to reduce their ability to rock on the armature that they are on. It will reduce the need for four pairs of hands to hold them in a stable position when I glue the stringers on.
