I can never get my feta that impressive cube shaped........ at first glance I thought the thing on the left was someone's fried pet goldfish

That is a black smoked bacon chop from the Cheshire Smokehouse, served with a couscous and feta salad and a harrisa mayonaise dip.

I've spent the last few hours doing dinner for 10. Normally on the boat you do one thing and that's it. I had to do 2 different meals due to a pasta mutiny. I ain't doing it again. What's made is what's on offer.
Breathe.

I did a short boat cruise in Holland one year. One evening, the dish, the only one, was lamb with cabbage and banana. I usually avoid lamb, and do not like cabbage, but strangely the combination of the three was very nice. Lots of people very rudely pulled a face at it, and would not even try it. I think I had seconds and possibly half of thirds.

I think the strange combination was the result of what the chef could find at the market each morning.

In reply to my own intentions, dinner was awesome but i forewent the cheese. got a 12 hour night shift to do and I dont want to be too sluggish....

....well no more than i am naturally...

I used to eat cheese to stay awake when i worked at night. I used to have a small bit of the strongest cheddar around 2am.

Ferraris aren't red, they are scarlett.
