Other than managing to sneak back in past summerday's barricades, it's been one of *those* days but on the garden theme, I have been productive and emailed a couple of places for quotes for materials a raised bed, worked out how much soil/compost I'll need and am waiting to hear back what the delivery costs will be*. Might need to get someone to double check the maths before I hand over any cash...!

*Local recycling people sell the compost from garden waste - 40 litre bags for £4 or three for a tenner.

Well done Jo, i can see those fingers are turning a nice shade of green:okay:

My pergola is up, it's rather tall :ohmy: but that's fine and it will make a great climbing frame for Henry. I will post a picture when the landscapers have gone. I now need 2 tonnes of topsoil instead of 1 i am told.:wacko:

Is that your 'come hither' pose Rocky? It needs a bit of work IMHO...
:okay::laugh:

(That's what I've been doing wrong :laugh:)
