Been out listening to a local authour Simon Booker. Very good. His first book in in my never ending book queue. He has been a journo and is the writer of a lot of TV crime series. Nice man and some funny stories.

Jens Voight has something to do with zwift doesn't he?

I thought you could virtually ride with him and i'm sure I read somewhere that he actually uses the zwift to train on in the winter and his name comes up on screen.

It does, but he wasn't near me, otherwise I would have whipped him into shape.
(in my dreams) - you have to be riding at the same time and take the option of a massed start.

PS you can't trust any names on there and, believe you me, there are cheats. You monitor your own progress.

Thank you all, she is fine, has a large bump on one side, a long graze on the other, cut knee, bruised thigh, broken brake calliper and we need to check the wheel.

I have been checking her for signs of concussion but all seems to be okay. She was getting a new bike for Christmas, so it may be bought forward... her one is 6 years old so t has served her well
