Thanks everyone. It is indeed a half birthday with me being a Christmas babe, having a wedding anniversary and 4 family birthdays all between the 24-29th not to mention 2 friends birthdays on the 1st.

So given my in-laws mid my birthday so often I took to having a half birthday (usually celebrated simply by a meal out at a restaurant I could eat most things in aka vegetarian in the UK or actual a vegan one or two in Canberra!). It made life nicer and I just let it go at Christmas that usually it is only the bil who shares the same day as me who remembers (My OH is one of 4).
