I've watched it on ITV4 on the TV so I looked for that on the computer.
Today I have eaten very healthily, prawn sliders with Thai salad for lunch, jerk pork steaks with cauliflower couscous and salad for tea. After our meal we went out for a good long walk in the summer sun.
Then we went go the pub and I had two pints of Tiger and a packet of Quavers... never mind.
