No ice cream today?

No ... I might get quite fat if I had ice cream EVERY day ... but the problem is it is quite near the office .... now cake of course doesn't contain any calories so it's fine to have it every day (I didn't manage to catch that Michel Mosely program last night but I'm sure that is what it would have said if I did watch it).

I like Vietnamese food.

When we lived in London, we used to go to a Vietnamese restaurant in Dalston quite a bit. It was based in the Vietnamese community centre and produced the most spectacular food at very reasonable price. You couldn't always book but if there wasn't space they'd take your details and send you to the pub down the road. They'd then call the pub when there was space.

You shared communal tables as well, which meant you tended to get interesting dining companions and met a cross section of society.

Huong Viet, perchance! we used to go there a lot years ago. Great food, although I've been in better building site canteens for decor

What a great day at Rockingham motor speedway..
Audi R8 is a car I want..fantastic.
Adrenaline rush and a half..
This car just worked for me and a perfect instructor got the best out of me.

Gtr was ok heavy and powerfull.
Bmw I8 nice. To much Tec for my liking.
Ferrari 458 ... still prefered the R8 but I'd need more laps and an instructor that talked about the track..more helpful
