My printer doesn't seem to like me. I only want to print two pages, is it really too much to ask that it might do that without jamming up:evil:

Maidstone. Ended up here because of a job move 13 years ago but now retired and stuck! I love Kent though - particularly the coast. Ramsgate is my favourite. Whitstable is nearer but gets a bit touristy... where on coast are you?
Sunny Deal.
It's perfect but don't tell anyone:secret:

I was born and bred here but left in 88 and lived in Tunbridge Wells and it's surrounds for 27yrs . Came back home 2yrs ago.

No.

The car was supposed to be back yesterday, but they said there was a delay getting it into the polishing shop and cleaned. They said it would be ready this morning and they would call me when it was ready.

After not hearing anything I called them. They're now saying they've had an issue matching the paint as it's "an unusual paint" (it's not - it's a fairly standard BMW paint). Apparently it hasn't yet been into the paint shop... never mind getting anywhere near polishing and cleaning.

This is the problem with having to use a non-BMW workshop.
:hugs:

When you say a couple of hours on the M6..... I assume you mean you are travelling about 5miles...?

Today is the day of the year I avoid motorways if I can.... I expect the system will be grid locked locally by about 2 pm! And then they move onto the A roads but luckily going the opposite way to me!

Yeah, currently melting on the M5 and we passed you a while back having left this morning only 45 mins later than planned which I think is a record!

This week has been so busy that I'd left far too much to do until yesterday so I was a bit harassed. Late to bed and up early. Will be worth it when we get there tomorrow. Staying in a pub tonight and less than twenty miles to do in the morning to get to Marazion.

Morning all, I will look back on posts later, at the moment there is a crisis brewing at work and I am trying not to get sucked in....

Oh dear. Hope everything gets resolved.

Sheesh that was an interesting drive.... Rather stormy out there at the moment. Driven through mud, flooding, high winds, lightning, thunder, torrential rain, not to mention oncoming vehicles coveting the vehicle in mud leaving me unable to see where I'm going for several seconds until I sussed where the windscreen wipers are on the right not left.... Good thing the dirt track is totally straight and wide, open and usually clear of traffic!

Oh and my roof has a leak which was leaking onto the bed until my friend and i managed to move it a touch.

You do like the tough life!! Are you enjoying the adventure? How's his commute going?

Rushed round like a blue arsed fly getting everything done before the TdF coverage started at noon. Made it with three minutes to spare. Was beautifully hot and sunny for my walk but clouded over now. Idiot Dog is splayed out on the carpet. Hopefully she'll sleep for the rest of the day.

Enjoy.

Still half an hour until I am free for the weekend.

Looking forward to our visit to an observatory tomorrow, it will be rockin'

I article in the local paper about it made it sound amazing. Have a great time.

I am not a happy bunny... it looks as though I won't get my car back until Monday at the earliest :angry::angry:
