[Gravity Aided]

Sorry, outage of power, then internet. The storm last night hasn't cooled us much, but it did put 2 of my patio tomato plants at a greater than 45 degree angle to upright. All the recycling and garbage from our subdivision that was loose blew from our subdivision onto the 4 lane road. So quite windy. This afternoons power outage I just heard about, before Mrs. GA went to her high school clique reunion. I actually drove a car to and from work today. Quite convenient.(haven't done that in years).

How does one take a cutting, i.e. what bit?

I think with a chrysanthemum you can put a woody bit into water and it will root, has been a very long time since I did it, so I would suggest Googling it.

It would be a good idea to take several cuttings, they don't always take.

The car was supposed to be back yesterday, but they said there was a delay getting it into the polishing shop and cleaned. They said it would be ready this morning and they would call me when it was ready.

After not hearing anything I called them. They're now saying they've had an issue matching the paint as it's "an unusual paint" (it's not - it's a fairly standard BMW paint). Apparently it hasn't yet been into the paint shop... never mind getting anywhere near polishing and cleaning.

This is the problem with having to use a non-BMW workshop.

I used to work in a bodyshop and feel sorry for you. I used to say that it is always best to tell the customer the truth, because if they find out that you are not telling the truth it will only put their back up.
When you do get it back check it back check it over thoroughly.
