OH FFS!! I am another coughing fit here and they are bloody annoying!!

Washing done (well as much as I can fit on the line....), and it is drying in the breezy sunshine!

Just made pea and watercress soup with the peas that defrosted on the journey home and a bag of watercress that was left in the fridge before we went away. Living dangerously.....strangely the children didn't want to share our soup!

Had an invite to go to friends for tea. Can't be ar$ed as feeling crap from painkillers, and not hungry. Will drop my missus off though. Also they have a bouncy collie and don't fancy getting knocked about by it - jumps up at you.

I'm still recovering from yesterday's jaunt around Rio.

I missed the beginning but what I saw was brutal. Are you refreshed enough to face the women's tour of Rio? It's on in about an hour.

So, wild pigs wander through the bar at night. You will never guess what we have named the gnarly pair of bickering males.

We also saw Wol, just wandering along the beach possibly looking for small crabs.

The monitor lizard outside our room is called Dave.
