In just back from an 18 mile run, I tripped and fell over and grazed my knee and face. The knee is a bit hurty.

So, wild pigs wander through the bar at night. You will never guess what we have named the gnarly pair of bickering males.

We also saw Wol, just wandering along the beach possibly looking for small crabs.

The monitor lizard outside our room is called Dave.

Put your hand in an old sock and do the dusting. Spray it with half water half vinegar for damp dusting. Then throw away or wash as desired.

Don't throw it away. Vinegar is supposed to be good for fungal infections of the feet

I got bitten or stung on my ride today, I'm sat here with a swollen itchy left thumb. I'm not sure what got me, but it had excellent taste.

Not long back from my nephew's wedding. They're a bit expensive these days glad I haven't got to go through all that again!

I managed to persuade Mr Summerdays to cycle to Hill (always makes me think of @Hill Wimp), for cake and coffee - £4 in total for us both! And I've no idea why it's called Hill as that bit is flat!

by 6 O'Clock the whole hand had swollen up and I've had to take a couple of antihistamine's. Its gone down a bit now.

There is a nearby bump... But the road goes round it rather than over.... And to give you an idea of its flatness.... It's 6 m above sea level and has big ditches....
