Don't go through Norfolk, their miles are appreciably longer than is normal.

It looks like the annual games have started, my car insurance renewal notice has dropped on the mat, they want to hike it from £34 a month to £52 a month. A quick look round has brought up a best quote of £34 a month rising to £40 a month if I have the optional breakdown and legal cover. I guess I will be trawling the internet later.

It's almost as it they don't want repeat customers.

Boards have dried too so it has the 7..8 mm gaps

1st pic is of the boy having a drink while not watching where he is going and riding one handed.

Here is the man himself cycling in his civvies so nobody would realise he was a serious cyclist

This was an amazingly calm heron, it allowed us to stop on the towpath right behind it and only flew away when we began to shuffle towards it.....
