Wet and windy this morning in Coventry, its going to be a quiet day today, my son and his family are off on their holidays today so we won't be seeing him or our granddaughter.

Beautiful sunshine here on our last day in Walberswick.
Last night we watched an amazing fireworks display over the mere at Thorpeness. Some of the rockets exploded with the most humongous array of stars you've ever seen, filling the sky.

Sorry, I had completely missed that you were staying there, my favourite bit of coast. Enjoy your last day.

My two daughters can produce huge amounts of washing.... The machine is looking forward to a bit of a rest when they head off in a few weeks to their respective destinations!

Unfortunately anything washed on holiday did dry but stayed damp from the humidity and with all the rain yesterday and today the drier has been called unto action much prefer sun dried washing

Yesterday was dry here in the afternoon so I did get a load dried then....

The weather in Leicester has been particularly grotty since someone came back here, I'm blaming @The Velvet Curtain though. (too much time spent in Mancland)
