That's OK, I am at work tomorrow.....and that is why it is going to rain tomorrow.
I'm on new medication. Side effects include weight gain and acne. Imagine my delight.I'm on medication which appears to have a side effect of lack of appetite. Good in some ways but you do need fuel to keep going and I'm only part way through my ride.
That's a good kind of illness to have. Although one time I started fettling a mountain bike, and it became a 26" tourer.I know, I'm ill.

I think I'm getting that out of the way before retirement.I'm on no medication but I'm still putting on weight and falling asleep in the afternoon.

Five a day doesn't mean what @potsy thinks it means...Just don't take any dietary advice from a certain Manc hipster.
That sounds like a wonderful day out regardless of the end* result. What a special day.I rode to Roberts Park,Saltaire, near Shipley.Round trip 28 miles. But i did not go alone,my Charlotte came with me.Very soon she is going to Edinburgh Uni.This was special. The weather was superb, our cafe stop, had the best ham sandwich ever.We followed that with a mountain of an ice cream cone, from Francos van.Charlotte is a superb cyclist, she was on the KONA DEW,a fantastic bike, sadly no suspension. We finished the ride off with a stop in Headingley at our fave cafe CAFE LENTO,who were very surprised to see me in cycle clothing.A great day and a fabulous memory.Photos to come.

I tried climbing the wall and fell off. I'm sure. Are you sure?
Can you.... excellent. I can remove my accidental train journey then from my last Kent tripYou certainly can crop your journey in Strava as I've had to do quite frequently. But on a pc rather than mobile device.
