I love porridge with either honey or blackcurrant jam.

I recently discovered "Mrs Darlingtons Extra Ginger Ginger Jam " there are discrete pieces of ginger in it. It's wonderful in sandwiches with cheese, as well as on toast, works well as a chutney with curries and I added a large teaspoon full to last night's porridge 😎
