I went out for a ride with my friends this evening . It was a bit of a struggle and I was getting a bit p****d off until we stopped at a bridge over a river and spotted an Otter swimming around.

A house on my street was bought by someone who hasn't moved in nine months later. Someone in there has been using a band saw ALL DAY and it's loud.

Luncheon was luncheoned.

Repotted my bay tree into a bigger planter.

Tesco was tescoed and I now have a good supply of bog roll.

Aldi was aldied, and I now have a good supply of peppermint tea.

Fried egg & avocado on toast for supper.

Not quite the day of unbroken sunshine thanks to some afternoon cloud but it was still a lovely and, most importantly, dry one. A walk of just over an hour this morning to get the squash and a loaf of bead, followed by a couple of hours out on the bike in the afternoon interspersed with coffee, toast and biscuits is all I seem to have managed today.

Judging by all the insects bouncing off my face & arms this afternoon we may have had a trial run for flying ant day.

There not very good at flying They seem on emerging from their nests to crawl making them vulnerable Odd ones seem able to fly a short distance
