A bit of clear blue sky has got the birds chirruping this morning. I needed a bit of cheerupping!

Good morning from an occasionally sunny but still very chilly Suffolk. Coffee has been had and the overnight bag has been placed by the front door ready for when I head out in about an hour and a half.

From what I've seen and heard (or rather not heard), the recycling bin has not yet been emptied.

We are back from the hospital. My scans didn't show up anything apart from a bit of arthritis in my back and shoulder. No signs of cancer but there is cancer floating around in my blood stream. It is looking for a place to settle down. The advice was to wait a couple of months and wait for a PET scan so that it could be targeted rather than starting hormone treatment now and masking it.
Crafty little bu99ers are hiding at the moment.

It could just need brushes.

Correct! It was the brushes. As they are small. he carries them on his van. New ones have been installed, and I have a comparatively small invoice.

A long time ago, I managed without a washing machine for about three weeks. That was when there was a bath, but now there is a walk-in shower. I could wash and rinse clothes in the bath and drip them dry over the bath. Elderly knees would not like kneeling on the floor to do washing.

The new, and more efficient, Postie hasn't delivered the bike parts I've ordered for either the Vitus (a week ago) or the Ridley Fenix (ordered yesterday, so forgiven there). They did however deliver a birthday present for Son no. 2. Which isn't needed until July. It's sort of cycling related.
