The sun has broken through the mist that we had a bit earlier.
I've been told that the pawn needs mowing. I wanted to go for a ride. If I get the petrol mower out now it should make the neighbours happy.

Second thoughts I'll make another drink.

I've been listening to some people playing their saxes. A bit envious as well I get out of mine is a rushing wind noise. I have ordered new reeds and a different mouthpiece now. Our flipping postal service is getting worse! I ordered the reeds from a place which said 48. I didn't know it meant days!

Good morning from Suffolk where the skies are blue and the sun is out. Coffee has been had.

Once I've got myself going, I'm off to Snetterton today for the Historic Sports Car Club racing. I had thought about going to Silverstone for the British GT 3 hour race, but a 2+ hour drive each way and £35 advance ticket for just that race (I've got zero interest in any of the support races) put me off. I'll probably stick a bike in the boot of the car for a possible lunch time ride and I don't know if I'll stay for the full day, but I just fancy a quiet day in the sun.

Breakfast consumed and leaving soon. At least the overnight rain seems to have stopped but not the wind.

I see this part of the house has a corrugated iron roof, which probably explains why I heard the rain so much!
