question is

do I bother wrestling the bike into the back of the car or just walk back??

and do I walk back when it is done - or take the bike and hope I can find a way of getting it into the boot??

(only had the car a year - nver put the bike into this one!!)

I've constructed a wigwam for the runner beans that have grown to 6" / 9" tall in the greenhouse.
Other bean seeds that haven't yet shown themselves with be for t'other side of the vegetable patch, probably be June before I plant them out.

Seems I'm escorting a house guest for a sea swimming outing.
They get to use the recently acquired "house bike". That should deter them from wanting to go again.

Transpired that the sea was unpleasant. Murky and very cold, also the sun disappeared.
Compromised on a tea in Whitstable.

I took my bike with me to try it in the boot for size before buying my car!

Probably should have done that
actually the boot is quite a bit bigger then the old car so it'll be fine

thing it trying to get it in in public as it is an ebike so a bit heavier than a "proper" bike
with the last one I needed to hold it exactly right and lift and move forward the right way

which inevitably goes wrong when I am imagining all the mechanics at the garage are watching!!
