Good morning all. Blue skies with some cloud floating about round 'ere. Talk of more rain which we still desperately need.
First cuppa's ingredients have been gathered and mixed together in a vessel ready for consuming :cuppa:

Good morning from Suffolk where the bright & breezy start to the day has become an overcast and breezy one.
Coffee has been had to the faint background sound of that two stroke strimmer/cutter thingie being revved for the fifth morning in a row.

With a two month break between my away days, I've been getting a bit restless and looking for something to do or somewhere to go just to get away for a night and last night's (sober) browsing found me booking to see a band down in Tunbridge Wells at the end of the month.

Big Day, Daughter's Graduation from Manchester Metropolitan University with a First in Digital Animation. Get to see it from 'the other side' for a change (I work there).
Congratulations to @fossyant jr.

My niece should soon find out the results of her masters in chemistry and whether she can then go on to study for a PhD in material sciences specialising in solar cell technology which will be in Manchester. (Quietly proud uncle)

Very suspicious that JML advert ! There wAs a convenient line of dust for each situation for that vacuum cleaner as if someone had placed it there! l
Yes Officer that is what i said and i stand by it.There were three lines of white dust on the coffee table. The vac has stopped working so i rolled up a twenty pound note for a laugh and sort of sucked it up.

In my experience, they do tend to leak a little, especially if they're hot or being used in warm temps - because the oil becomes more runny. The oil keeps the chain and bar cool and lubricated, and this is essentially done by a drip feed.

I store mine resting on an old window box filled with sawdust to catch the drippage.

ok thanks. I did use mine for an extended period yesterday, on an old tree stump, in my backyard. I chip away at it, a little every year, & let nature rotting process assist. I store mine on a wooden shelf on a card board box in the basement so I rarely look under it. but yesterday I put it down on a stone patio step & then had to clean up the step. it's gonna take a little time to get it back to clean stone

thank you again for the ping
