Huddersfield was a cotton town, nearly every other West Riding town this side of Leeds was wool.
Cotton was a Lancashire material.

Not 100% there were woollen mills I think they might be still some on the go now.
Dugdale brothers claim to still manufacture there.

It's up and running from the 21st of November. I'm commuting past the stalls they're setting up in Millennium Square.
Buggerations - that's on my beer to hotel route, plus the other location (City Square) is on the route from train station to beer when I'm up there. At least I'll be heading away from it all in the evening when heading to the Brudenell and it should be closed down in the morning when going to the station for the train home.
