I was watching a bit on the TV which showed an Olympic skier using his press conference to ask for his ex girlfriend to take him back after cheating on her. I wondered if he asked for any similar instances to be taken into consideration?

Good morning from soggy Suffolk where the rain showers have passed through and left the grey cloud behind.

A large, strong coffee has been had and the overnight bag placed by the front door ready for today's rip to Nottingham. Beer & loud music to follow this afternoon & evening.

A new fence is being put up between the next door neighbour and the one the other side of her. At least the ground will be nice and soft for the workmen to dig in to to for the new posts.

last night was fun !
i got home from work on late shift early as im in the car this week so had a glass of milk and a slice of bread and peanut butter fr "supper " about 12.45 am and just as i was about to go to bed i heard shouting from upstairs so i had to investigate .The cat had bought a mouse in and everyone was panicking trying to catch it, i eventually found it hiding behind the vacuum cleaner at the top of the stairs and making sure it didnt run off i cornered it only for it to vanish ???
After much searching i found it had climbed into the back of the dyson ball and was tucked in tight so i took the whole thing outside and waggled it about till the mouse jumped out and ran off . By this time it was gone 2 am so i got a shower and went too bed .
I had planned a zwift session this morning but felt too tired to bother .
