Been home for just under a couple of hours and despite it being Friday the thirteenth the journey went smoothly with everything running to time. The first thing I did was to stick a cook at home greasy sausage roll into the air fryer and then make a coffee. The second was to purchase a ticket for another gig, this time in Norwich on Sunday evening which is an hour's drive each way and no drinking.

The overnight bag has been unpacked and restocked as I'm off again in a week's time for an out - home - back out - back home weekend.

Work finished smack on 4 before any issues could arise to trouble me over a week off. Having thermals on, a nice warm (despite it only just being a degree or two above zero) Co-op trek immediately undertaken and briefly a bright object in the sky.

Waiting for Mrs 73 to get back from the specialist hospital , as the meds I needed have been deemed by bean counters. To only be allowed to be prescribed by the oncologist which means only pick up is hospital pharmacy. Which is over hour away each way , who betting the bean counters don't have transport problems.

I managed to get out for a test ride this morning. Sunshine with cloud. I wanted to road test a bike and to try out the video recording on my Smart glasses. There is a roundabout where drivers have cut me up in the past. The video recording worked well. I had to switch the recording manually well before I got to the roundabout. I had to wear my fingerless gloves to press the recording switch which was a bit of a pain.
