Itching to get back on my bike's

I thought it was only 48 hours as a recommendation?
Every specialist, nurse and doctor I have seen has always said minimum of 10 - 14 no cycling

Best of luck to all of you, and don't neglect your own health at this time.
Take care.

I've not even heard no cycling but looked online just now. All I get is 48hrs recommendations.
@biggs682 I had a PSA test done (within a general blood test) recently, and no mention was made re cycling/heavy exercise etc.
I have to pop into Daktari this afternoon so I can ask.
Maybe 10 years ago it was a different test? 🤔
Thank you for this - I have a few hours in London in March and I've not been to the Science Museum for many years so this may be something to do.Had a lovely day yesterday 1st a late morning visit to the science museum. Only been with school before but we only got to go in the kids bit. So never got to look around the rest. Then the evening spent round at the brother out law and his partners new house.
Back home today so having a steady morning before getting the tube to the station. We’ve plenty of time as we don’t need to be out till 11.
Good morning from Suffolk where it's been a sunny start to the day, but with high cloud now starting to block it. Coffee has been had and the overnight bag placed by the front door ready for today's outing. In an hour's time I leave to start the journey to Newcastle (via Leeds saving a few £££) to see Mogwai at The Glasshouse.
