Congratulations to those having cake days.Me i am waiting for my medal from the King.Mrs P has gone choir singing,i have been left in charge.Breakfast first,wash up.Prep dinner,dinner just gone in.Dealt with washing,some in tumbler some on the line.His morning coffee then.I then managed 7.50 miles on the turbo,plus a quick walk to local cafe for a take out latte.washing up after dinner and finally sort out washing .Who says men cannot multitask.I also intend to do another 7.50 miles on the turbo.i even put on my l- y- c-r a ,oh Matron.a nice padded bum.

Twix coffees the washing hung out and a sunny 3 1/4 mile Tesco/Aldi trek.
What a couple of domestic gods we are,do you think they appreciate us ,answers on a postcard.

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Race 1 marshalling done, women's race later.

I'm in the lovely Derbyshire village of Longnor, where the locals have been fine with the race coming through. Given the lumpiness of the course I'm not sure all the riders share that perspective.

It not warm so I am a tad :cold:.

My view when I'm not holding a traffic lollipop:

Breezier and colder than expected this afternoon, but still a very enjoyable 2.5 hours out in the fresh air. Some unforecast hefty rain showers about as well although they all passed just to the north.

Coffee, shower and a hot chocolate have also been had and a couple of routes planned for next week as the following week will be mostly spent on trains.
