Pretty much so. It works for me.
If it works and keeps you cycling, what's to moan/complain about.
Never thought about a recumbent bicycle being fitted with stabilisers before. Makes sense when you think about it.

It's been a (relatively) cool and mostly overcast day here chez Casa Reynard.

Slept really well. Crashed out like a light and slept for about nine and a half hours. Woke up feeling refreshed but a somewhat under the weather. Downstairs, fed the cat, made a :cuppa: and took it upstairs to do some writing. A shorter session than usual on account of having had the extra two hours' sleep.

After, cleared the chores and watered all the planters. Also took out some chicken and ham from the freezer, and made a peach compote jelly to use up some of the peaches that had all suddenly decided to go all overripe at once.

Wasn't feeling hungry, so just had one slice of toast with some stratford blue cheese, a banana and a :cuppa:

The food settled my stomach. Did a bit more writing, and then as it's been so much cooler than of late, I dusted off the strimmer and gave the grass around the house a bit of a buzz cut.

After, dropped off some bits at a friend's place, then popped into town to top up my stock of cat litter and pick up some more antihistamines as I've just opened the last packet. Made a mistake of having a mosey in Waitrose while I was in the area. They had a job lot of monkfish on YS, and I loooooooooooove monkfish. But I didn't buy any on account of there still being so much in the freezer. I have to admit that it pained me to leave the fish behind.

Came home via the book exchange in the village and picked up a load of train magazines to furkle through. I'll pass them onto a friend when I'm done with them.

I've had an evening of watching football and Deadliest Catch.

Supper was a cheese salad sandwich and a :cuppa:

The jelly hasn't quite set yet.
