Shed windows boarded on the inside bar one which has a high shelf behind obscuring views. Now 8.30, no sign of UPS delivery.

Now 8.30 no sign of UPS delivery.

SWMBO was waiting for a DPD delivery a couple of weeks ago. Due by 10pm. It never arrived.

Turns out the courier had squashed the parcel, so it was returned to the sender. She's still waiting for a refund / replacement.

Apart from the lack of rain it's been more like an autumn day here with a constant layer of grey cloud and a bit of a chill to the wind.
If there's more of the same on Sunday I may consider washing the car to get rid of the baked on layers of pollen, dust, bird sh*t and bug splats.
Next up this evening is the hot chocolate and then a beer.

I’ve got one with DPD which is still being “returned” since April 17, having been at the sorting facility since March 5.

We have loads of little brown flutterbys in our garden, I rescued one from drowning this morning. It had somehow landed in the pond, I fished it out using a long stick and placed it on some flowers to dry out.
