They say that you start going down hill from your mid 20's. So why is it that I constantly seem to be going up hill?

Good morning from a mostly sunny and cooler than yesterday Suffolk. I'm well away from the fires on Dunwich Heath so no problems with the smoke etc.

Coffee has been had and the bottle of milk finished off on some own brand Shreddies look alikes, so the one thing I must do today is to go shopping. As there's nothing else that needs doing, that may become part of a longer pootle later on.

It's cardboard & paper recycling bin day round here today, I've not bothered as there's plenty of space still left in my bin to be filled in the next three weeks.

For some of the people waiting a ceremony would have taken too long: they were hopping up and down while I put the key n the lock.
