Morning.
It is grey here and cool although I have had a hot flush. They seem to be more frequent these days and tomorrow the hormones will get topped up. If my PSA has gone down they will think about alternating how often I have the hormones.

I sold my Airfix kit on the bay last night. They have messed the bay up so much that I don't think I will do it again.

A delightfully refreshing damp 12° here, so pleasant after all that warmth. The novelty will wear off soon enough but I’m enjoying it for now !
