Currently sorting camping stuff out to load into the car for tomorrows jolly to Southwold for a couple of days of walking the dog on the beaches, riding around on the Brommie in a leisurely fashion & generally getting my mind in a better place.

I've just come out of hospital after a
cystoscopy and prostate examination.
Nothing untoward. Which is mundane, and I'm happy for it to be so.
