Good morning from Suffolk where it's been a dull grey start to the day with the drizzle beginning about half an hour ago. Looks like it's going to be wet for most of the day so it looks like being spent mostly indoors - possibly with a bit of bike cleaning to be done later.

Coffee has been had with a chocolate topped digestive and I'm trying to build up the enthusiasm to iron the shirts & trousers that were washed on Saturday.

One piece of good news is that Octopus have automatically updated my energy account with the electricity export making me £7 in profit for the month. Still didn't win anything on their digital scratchcard thingie though.

Second cuppa went down well after an aborted visit to the blood clinic, managed to park car ok but waiting room AND corridor were chocker so will try again Thursday morning and see.

4.5 tog duvet just removed and replaced with clean bed linen and 10.5 tog duvet.
