. I looked on the side effects of the Contiflow tablets and it stated blocked or runny nose , or breathlessness . Those were some of the symptoms that I had. It could also have been hay fever ! . I discovered that I have had them in the pastas I found an old packet of them which had only a few missing . It could be that I didn't get on with them before .
