That's work over and done with until the 2nd of March - just the one day and then off again until the 6th
I'm away for the next couple of Tuesdays and Wednesdays so the 4 days leave takes me just below the maximum allowed to be carried over, then I'm using the 7hrs off that I'm owed on the 23rd to get almost a fortnight off work. Going part time seems to have worked out just fine for me.

Had they done a risk assessment?
Did you receive training in cake eating techniques?
Were you required to sign a release waiver agreeing not to hold your employer responsible?
Cake day was deliberately chosen due to the H&S rep being away for the day.
We've had enough practical experience on cake eating to have written the training manual.
Management didn't need a waiver to be signed as they were bribed with a bakewell tart.

And the left over lemon muffin was a much needed elevensies distraction from a hectic day.

Repeat offenders then.
