It is a bit frosty out . The Sun hasn't risen yet .
I am all bunged up and have a slight headache . At least I got some sleep last night. My cough is now a bark .

For the 1st time this year I managed 1/2 of the early morning dog walk without needing my head touch.
The light days are well on the way.

Just heard some crack pot on the radio believing that using magnetic disks reversed her mothers kidney failure. Along with other "alternative" medicine as she called it fixed everything else wrong with her. Also fixed her criticality ill father months later.
Turns they still had been receiving medical help and medications. That what work love not the "alternative medicine" not sure what's worse. Allowing her air time, fact that she was not once challenged or lack of any form of balanced medical view point.

Morning a chilly 5 miles along the shared cycle paths has blown most of the cobwebs away.
First cuppa went down well.
Garden birds have been fed, not sure who was down first .

Another day of clear blue sky but still very cold.This weather is forecast to last all week.
I find myself in a bit of a pickle regarding trikes.
The one easiest to use quickly is over on the mainland and the new to me motorised one is in the car here. Trouble is that it is very heavy at just under 75 lbs and just too short for my ramps. Also it folds so that it rests on the rear mudguards so can slide it to the rear of the car but lifting it out is a problem.
I used to be able to swing a one cwt bag onto my back and walk with it and a 10 stone bag of grain could be carried up some stairs but not with a direct lift. That was a long time ago tho' and even a 25Kg bag of coal is a problem to lift now.
Still working on a mechanical solution.
Old age causes all sorts of unforeseen problems.

Bright and sunny morning here in South Gloucestershire, considering getting some new binoculars for enjoying birding in the spring and summer. 2nd cup of tea now...

Dog's been walked. Whirlygig is up awaiting wet washing. Ping food is in the microwave ready to zap for my pre-work sustenance.

Flightradar is telling me that the con trail over the Purbecks is the flight from San Jose to Heathrow. The pilot obviously must know the way...

Lovely sunny but cold day here. I think I'll go out for a pootle on the Brompton.
