I have been doing a bit of research on the net and it seems as though the frame might be a 1940's BSA Double Diamond. A lot of the lugs and fittings look like the ones pictured. I found a picture of how the BSA Winged Wheel was fitted and in the diagram it shows a set of rear dropouts similar to mine. I have also studied the picture of one with a sidecar fitted closely and it shows the same rear facing dropouts.Track frame?
