We got dial-up back in late 1995 just as it started with Springboard Internet, which then became News International's LineOne service in 1997. I'm that old I still have the same e-mail address from way back then

I'm almost in the same boat... I've had the same (personal) e-mail address since I finished my undergrad stint at uni back in 1998.
