Extra mundane news.Postman is going out with family celebrating his birthday on Saturday night.Eldest is paying.No beer in restaurant because we are going to a bar near home afterwards,one our daughter drinks in.Postmans birthday was the 4th.

Locally the missing big store, Tesco, has gained permission again. Previously they had permission but did not build it so maybe this time around. Until it happens the HG postcode remains unique in not having a big Tesco store in it.

Last time we went to Betty’s we had to queue to get morning coffee. We had been at a Trade Fair and it seemed one of things you had to do just to be able to say you had been there. Would not have bothered waiting otherwise.

Now you can pre book online get's you in a lot quicker, you can even do it as you stand in the queue.

Once in a pub and over heard a couple talking he had a pint of Landlord , she picked up a beer mat and they got talking about Timothy Taylors. She said I think they are in Harrogate they make tea ?
I sat drinking my pint turned and said to Mrs 73 good beer is lost on some.

Well I've just applied some cream to my head. I may end up looking like a Swan Vesta, but the worrying thing is that says not to go near any naked flames .

Decent cycle home from work and quite light out.

Got home, showered, kit washed and MrsF had made tea.

Struggled to eat it, feeling shakey, and cold, so I've gone to bed with the bed covers on (never sleep under the covers). Hopefully rest will get rid of it.

Made myself a large pot of vegetable soup to last the rest of the week.

The DJ on the radio is playing all love songs for some reason!

In other news, I am much better today, just had three of the roast potatoes that I couldn't manage on Sunday. I'm taking Miss Hebe out shopping today.

Today I ate 2.5 meals and they all stayed put. Win. I had a look at some Bromptons at the Mud Dock in Bristol, Miss Hebe apparently likes the pale green one. She might have to wait. Got home to a bunch of roses . I have played Make You Feel My Love on my guitar.
