Grumblin at Garmin on the Granny Gear
Strava sillyness on steps taken on a walk continues, 2.48 miles this pm (a corner shop for a print in store return of used coffee machine pods and the Co-op) was apparently 2064 steps whereas yesterdays walks to Toolstation were 1554 steps for 2.96 miles back via the Co-op and 1380 steps for 3.02 miles back via a fruitless visit to B&Q.
The light tube issue was resolved by one from Screwfix which actually clicked into place unlike the Toolstation ones.
The bike shed temperature sensor issue traced to it somehow getting wet, presume the wind had blown a snow flake through the tiniest of a gap at the exact height.

My Garmin seems to reckon 2129.4 steps is a mile

Mild, dry and VERY blustery here chez Casa Reynard.

Slept OK-ish, but punctuated by necessary visitations to the Little Girls' Room. Feel much better than yesterday - just tired now, rather than unwell.

Have had a quiet morning. Unpacked and stashed the job lot of Gourmet Gold cans I bought from Zooplus, then put the box and the rest of the packaging in the utility room. Zooplus uses really decent packaging, and so I do keep the smaller boxes and internal padding stuff to re-use. They've stopped using the plastic air cell things of late and have switched to these tubular sections of heavy paper.

I have a few large branches down in this gale, but while I've done a bit of a recce, it's too blowy to want to do any clearing up. Don't want to risk getting kloinked on the noggin by more stuff coming down - my brain is already addled enough as it is.

Also put a new bottle of bubble bath in the bathroom as I emptied out the old one last night.

Anyways, it is time for luncheon.
