I've got a bicuspid aortic valve! Never knew that before! It's the first time that anyone doing the echo test has said anything to me. She said that people with that tend to have enlarged aortas which I have . Oh well!

Got a thumping headache here, but wondering why nobody plays the 4 word game. I know there is the 3 word one, but I prefer the 4 word one for some strange reason. 🤷

sympathies. drink lots of water, it might help reduce your blood pressure. ice packs if you can manage them. my Daughter got me an ice hat, which I can wear when I get my headaches

If you've been formally diagnosed the short answer is you still have.
It’s a bit of an urban myth it go's away for example as can happen with childhood Asthma.
What really happens is it becomes inactive but can come back at any time often decades later.

I wasn't being serious, I've been given three years retraining on the basis of my Asthma; if the government is willing to pay for that, the cause won't be going away soon.
