Pouring rain this morning. The garden was a bit dry so as long as it does not stay too long it should be tolerable.
Annoyingly the only really good day forecast this week is when I make another attempt to get on a ferry.
Got wakened early by an insistent beeping which I eventually traced to a stand by alarm clock which I have not touched for probably weeks. Mebbe it is fed up being ignored.
Annoyingly I had to go and search for my password to log in here this morning. Why?

I had raked and grass seeded the rear lawn yesterday but had not bothered to water it. Now both lawns in need of plenty of showers as well sun.

Morning all. It's a warm and sunny start to the day here in Suffolk. I think I may get the legs out and cycle up to my sister's place to drop off a present & card for my niece in advance of her 21st birthday on Sunday. I may even have time to spread a bit of weed/moss killer & lawn feed when I get back before the rain starts.

Cannot find the thread which already exists on this.
Just had a scam alert on my macbook warning of computer being infected. Lots of confusing popups and a strident female voice commanding me not to turn my computer off and press here to contact apple security at once.
I did go to Apple Security by a different route and this is a now very common scam. I seem to have got rid of it and just for reassurance this is not coming from the macbook.
