A cool and grey day here chez Casa Reynard, with a bit of light drizzle hanging in the air.
Slept well, but had some very ummmmm dreams.

Anyways, went into town this morning on the hunt for this year's supply of triffids. Not a great deal choice on the market or in the shops, either super expensive or almost sold out. But managed to source two beefsteak, two tumbling tom, a moneymaker, a shirley and two alicante for £6.30 all in.
Not much luck on the parsley / sage / basil front, so left that for another day. I can get parsley and basil in Tesco if needs must. Most places only seemed to stock rosemary, mint and lavender. Except Waitrose, but they want a fiver for a not-terribly-big pot.
Had a lovely luncheon of filet americain on toast, an apple, an orange and two
Now just having a fairly quiet afternoon.
