First cuppa ready and waiting as I stepped in through the back door needless to say it went down well

I has a sore stomach. I feel as if I need a massive poo but nothing's co-operating.

Please be more specific regarding the nature of the "sore" stomach. For example is the sore condition bloated for example or is more of a gripe or intermittent in nature. When l was living in Guangdong province l drank green tea as a cure all

not really a basketball fan, but the last 3 minutes of this game was a nail biter & could have gone either way. now Title Town gets a game 7 back home. what fun

this player, Derrick White got his game winning shot out of his hands, with .01 seconds on the clock, so that makes it good, even tho the ball went thru the net w/ the clock at 00.00. very exciting

TT finished, not quick but I caught my 1 and 2 minute men and no-one passed me. Plus I set a course PB by almost 3 minutes and beat my SpinData predicted time by 30+ seconds. Given it was downhill with a tailwind for 7 miles, then uphill with a headwind for 8 miles back I'm happy with that.

That'll do for today.

Today we are doing sweet FA dossing on a sofa, curled up together and mainly reading our Kindles.

I slept well and I too, am having a lazy day. Although I have put some of last night's shopping away. About to get myself some luncheon and listen to the Monaco Grand Prix.
