Another c*ck up turned out fortuitous for dad. Normal Saturday visit to Waitrose for a free copy of The Times (weeks TV guide) and realised I had not activated the requisite voucher. Abandoned then going to a M&S Simply Food for their smaller town centre food hall where I made use of the free wi-fi. Returned to Waitrose walking through WHS where I spotted a jigsaw I am sure he hasn't got for Father's Day. That then did result in a somewhat full if not especially heavy rucksack so The Times strapped to the top of the pannier rack using the permanently attached to the ebike straps.

Yesterday l was re-living my youth listening to Crosby Stills Nash and Young . The photo is of the album cover on my laptop which was leaning against the widow pane. I was playing the music quite loud and there was a fair amount of vibration being transmitted to the glass. The dark blob in the middle of which is a snail which appeared on the window and kept circling around (slowly) and seemed transfixed by the music vibe. When l took the laptop away the snail moved off with an air of disappointment. (Ok l might be exaggerating just a touch )

Off to watch it,hopefully on Castle Ings; that climb is bad enough on an ebike on full assist so pulling a bed up it will be no fun in today's heat.

Going to look into that today. Also two trust worthy neighbours offered to keep a key. Think burying one in a plastic box might be the answer.
