I was just reading another thread and it mentioned the price of bikes . It got me thinking about a cycling magazine I bought just for curiosity.
There were product tests and things basically advertising things . Glasses £200+, cycling shoes £200+ , cycling helmet £200+. Oh! Then there were special lightweight wheels!
It gets bl**dy expensive!
I have several cycling tops which I wear with my jeans on warm days . I know a bit of a mismatch but If I was to wear cycling shorts with them then I would have to have the right socks to go with them otherwise that would look ridiculous! Then the shoes wouldn't match either!
I would get locked into a fashion cycle!

Because Father's Day activities were planned to be outdoors and the Met forecast was for rain today, Father's Day is now scheduled for tomorrow. Just a dribble from the sky this morning so far.
In sleep news, I had a rare solid period of deep sleep shortly before waking. My fit band tells me I slept better than 99% of the fit band wearing population. This is unlikely to prevent me having a little siesta later on.

It even tried to rain for 5 of them at least I won't have to clean my tyres .

Good morning all from a damp underfoot Suffolk as we had a bit of rain earlier this morning. First cuppa pf the day done and I'm now set up for the trip to Snetterton for a day trackside with the British GT meeting being the main attraction.

Yesterday morning I mowed front and back lawns - both resembling cow pastures and needing a shave.
Mrs Tummy and I spent yesterday afternoon at a bbq organised by Tummy daughter 1 to celebrate her husband's and Tummyson's birthdays and fathers day for those in the family that qualify.
Stupidly I forgot to put the electric mower away and it has been rained on!! Hopefully I can dry it out in the sunshine.
