About eleven years ago I was offered one and turned it down.

Just reading that has made my eyes water 😭😭😭😭

What if you're next on her list of foods to try?

That would somewhat disconcerting, but, you know what? I've had worse offers! 😆

Earlier this morning, a young man asked me if I had had a penile implant.

He was the radiologist in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging unit at Hammersmith Hospital. They like to check the kind of stuff you might have hidden about your person.
Yes... But, do you? 🤔😆

Warm, humid and occasionally sunny here chez Casa Reynard. We had rain early doors, and there are showers forecast for this afternoon.

Slept really well, but had a very weird dream about travelling in the back of a box van driven by Graham Hill along with a bunch of kids, and we were painting the inside walls in black & white swirls. Go figure...

Have had a morning helping out a friend looking for a specific series of photos. I didn't have anything relevant, but directed him towards someone who might. And where to look in the motorsport press. Everything is soaking wet outside, so I do not think I'll get any gardening done this afternoon, although I will have to add another tier of cable ties to some of my tomato plants. They've got an insane amount of flowers on them...

Anyways, it is time for luncheon.

I am back in the land of the living. The long very long trip home from Atlanta the shambles at Heathrow and the journey home was tiring.Anyway an easy day,a proper healthy breakfast,a couple of lattes and i feel fine. Both me and Mrs P have put weight on,its a salad today :bravo:oh and the rain i love it.

Had a lovely luncheon of smoked mackerel on wholemeal toast, plus an apple, an orange, the last of the pineapple and two :cuppa:

Did end up doing some weeding. Found a whole load of baby strawberry plants under the weeds. And some self-seeded flat-leaf parsley. That corner of the garden looks a lot better.

Then spent some time in my camping chair in a bit of sun (while we had it) and listened to TMS. Seem to have escaped the showers forecast for this afternoon and evening. Well, so far, anyway.

Now sat watching the news and supping a :cuppa:

Survived the First Aid seminar. Unfortunately it was clear it would be a waste of time when the chairs were set out like this:

I knew that this would be a day of phrases like "Let's go around and introduce ourselves" and "Now we're going to have a group activity", and behold, it was.

I also surmised that I probably wasn't going to learn anything useful, and behold, I didn't.

Because of feeling and experiencing the same thing I never teach like that. Neither do I have name badgers either another pet hate of teaching by numbers.
